I am sitting here, eating a slice of bread, heartily slathered in peanut butter with chocolate chips sprinkled on top, (oh yes, I did just say “chocolate chips sprinkled on top”…that is how my snacks roll) and drinking some throat soothing mint-something-or-other tea.
