How often I wake up at 2 or 3 am prompted to pray. Recently we sold our TV. This morning I woke at 3 am. Rather than turn the TV on I sat listening. Noise of the world so often distracts us from God's still, small voice. In the the quiet I came before God. I was reminded of the verse, "silver and gold have I none, but what I have I give thee." I use to pray that I had the where-with-all to help and encourage others. I have learned that prayer is a mighty tool, far greater than gold. As individuals came to mind I prayed for each. A tremendous peace and joy came over me. Then I went back to sleep. You have a heart for giving. As you search and open yourself up to Him He will lead you. The Holy Spirit will give you peace as opportunities open and doors close. There is a time for standing still and there is a time for moving out. You will know, in His time. Always remember that His timing is perfect, not too soon and not at all late.
